I've spent 15+ years leading enterprise change across global teams of 13,000+ employees and driving transformation initiatives that reached 70,000 stakeholders. I've overseen $80M+ in budget authority, enabled $50M in first-year revenue growth, and achieved 84% retention through high-risk M&A integration.
